I will show you step by step how to create art out of cake! Whether you are a seasoned baker, or you’re just starting out, this will be a fun time of sharing our passion for cakes!

What you will learn:

-how to carve cake
-how to prep your cakes for icing
-how to dirty ice your cake
-covering your cake in fondant
-basics of working with fondant
-how to make realistic fall leaves
